Rental Requirements

In order to approve your application the following documents will be required within 48 hours of the date of application.

Employment Verification: Income qualify by making a gross income of 2.5 times the monthly rent.

•   Original pay checks equal to one month.

Self Employed

•   Copy of Tax Returns and Bank Statements (3months)

Retired (One of the following)

•   Social Security Check & Benefits Documents

•   Bank Statements (3months)

•   Pension Documentation

•   Investment Statement

Resident History: We will verify 2 years of rental history

•   Telephone and fax number at which we may contact your Present & Past Landlord.

       Identification

•   Driver’s License / State Identification Card / Passport

                                          AND

•   Social Security Card or W-2 showing social security number

•   You may email documents to STAX@westcorpmg.com, or you may bring them into our Leasing Office. If you have any questions you may reach us at 702-338-2461.

*Note: Any & All Move-In Specials are Pending Credit Approval. Management reserves the right to require additional information to approve applications(s) which could extend the application processing time.  Holding fees are refundable only if applicant cancels application within 24 hours of submission or the application is denied.  Refunds of credit cards, money order or cashier’s check payments will take up to 30 days, to be received by mail.
